The Real Estate Revolution is Crests' flagship Internship Program. It's a 6-month, practical learning experience designed specifically for ambitious individuals who want real, actionable skills in luxury real estate. Interns won't just shadow experienced agents—they'll gain direct access to the exact methods Alex used to build his success, including: Real-world strategies: Learn the proven techniques, prospecting methods, and sales processes Alex developed through years of trial and error—so you can avoid costly mistakes. Finding the best properties: Discover how to source, value, and market luxury properties effectively. Attracting quality buyers: Understand exactly where and how to find motivated buyers, build lasting relationships, and negotiate the best possible prices. Building your personal brand: Develop a powerful personal brand that positions you as a trusted expert in the luxury property market, attracting clients directly to you. Mastering negotiation: Get hands-on negotiation training to confidently secure deals, maximizing your earning potential. Regular live trainings and Q&A sessions: Get continual support from Alex and the Crests team, including regular live sessions where your questions are answered directly. Exclusive guest interviews: Gain wider business skills from interviews with special guests, including experts in sales, marketing, personal branding, and negotiation—giving you an edge that extends far beyond real estate. This internship isn’t just about information—it’s about genuinely transforming your career, your skills, and ultimately your life. Successful interns will have the opportunity to become Crests Partner Agents, earning commissions between 50-70%. The program is flexible, unpaid, requires no license fees, and can be extended beyond six months to accommodate your personal development needs.

We aren't looking for years of previous experience. What we are looking for is someone who is hungry to make a name for themselves in luxury real estate, but humble enough to listen and learn. You'll be working alongside Crests hand-picked team of agents who are the elites at listing and marketing some of the UKs most sought after properties and will, hopefully, one day join them. So, as a minimum you need to prove you are; self motivating and proactive; eager to learn and an attentive listener; able to communicate professionally and strict time management and punctuality. Everything outside of this we can teach.
The Application.
Three Steps To Your Future.
Applying is straightforward and involves three simple steps: 1. Record Your Application Video Or Write Your Message. Film a short (3-5 minutes) introduction video, or write a short covering message where you: - Briefly introduce yourself. - Explain why you're interested in joining The Real Estate Revolution Program. - Share why you think you'd be a great fit for our program. We're interested in personality over experience. We want fun, engaging and real people from all walks of life at Crests. So, have some fun with your your application, for example; you can share a quote from a movie that you think sums up your life or, if you're feeling brave, tell us your most embarrassing career moment and how you recovered (if you did...).
